By accessing or using PathwayPR ("the Service"), operated by Iannacito Enterprises Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PathwayPR is an AI-powered information service that generates personalized Canadian permanent residency roadmaps based on information you provide. The Service includes:
PathwayPR is not a licensed immigration consultant, law firm, or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). The information provided by our Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Canadian immigration laws and policies change frequently. Always verify current requirements directly at canada.ca/immigration and consult a licensed RCIC or immigration lawyer before submitting any application.

PathwayPR offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@pathwaypr.ca. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Free trial users will be automatically charged after the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, PathwayPR makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. CRS score estimates are approximations and may differ from your actual score. Always use the official IRCC CRS calculator for precise calculations.

All content, design, and technology on PathwayPR is owned by Iannacito Enterprises Inc. and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathwayPR and Iannacito Enterprises Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: rejected immigration applications, missed deadlines, reliance on inaccurate information, or loss of immigration status.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific immigration outcome will result from using our roadmaps.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
